July 2009 BBQ Bonanza

Exciting times! We have just launched our new site and are no longer using ning (THANK GOD!).

Our next meeting will be Monday 6th July, and this time we are going to try something different. The Hyde tavern have said that we can use their BBQ.

Thanks to the kind guys at campaignmonitor.com who have pledged £100 towards food for the event, there will be some burgers and some sausages, but feel free to bring anything else you might want! I will also bring some plates and ketchup etc.

I will only supply limited number of veggie stuff, so I am sorry, but if you are that way inclined it might be best if you bring some food along.

As usual, first Monday of the month, from 7pm. Turn up / leave whenever you want.

There is wifi provided if you feel inclined to bring a laptop of sorts. And bring money for beer!

Oh and please remember they don't accept cards, so bring cash for beer.

Wonderful! This site is really working, hey! I subscribed the RSS, came to make my comment, saw the tweets in the sidebar about the £100 pledge. I feel as if having a new site has injected some kind of a buzz into the Winchester Web Scene. Should be a great event on Monday 6th July!
